Nick Sowar, based in Cincinnati, is a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP and serves as the Global Steel industry leader. In addition, Nick is the lead attest partner for the Global Manufacturing practice, the U.S. lead attest partner for the Process & Industrial Products sector, the North Central Region Manufacturing lead partner and the North Central partner in charge of Strategic Client Services.

Since 1977, Nick has worked in the manufacturing and distribution industries, specializing in Securities and Exchange Commission registrants. Over the years, he has served and continues to serve as the lead partner or advisory partner for many top global process manufacturing clients. 

Nick is involved with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Nick has a master of business administration degree in finance from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Xavier University.
