Karen Mazer is a principal in the Philadelphia office of Deloitte Consulting LLP. She specializes in serving manufacturing industry clients, with a focus on large scale transformation efforts, including technology implementations and operations improvement. Her clients include multiple Fortune 500 manufacturing and consumer products companies.

She is currently serving as the national service line leader for our U.S. Oracle practice, with sales and operations responsibility. She has had previous leadership roles as managing director of the Philadelphia area Consulting practice, Central Atlantic Regional manufacturing lead, the Central Atlantic Regional WIN/Diversity Champion, global service line leader for our Enterprise Applications practice (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Baan), where she had global responsibility for the development and deployment of our methods and tools, including IndustryPrint, FastTrack and the establishment of the Business Support Exchange. 

Karen joined Deloitte in 1989 in our Boston office, after graduating with her master of science degree in management from the MIT Sloan School.  She has her bachelor or science degree in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in decision sciences and organizational behavior. Prior to joining Deloitte, she worked as a business analyst for another consulting firm, implementing large-scale custom systems.
