Activity levels have risen in most sectors and the appetite for doing deals is back. The latest economic forecasts suggest that the staffing market appears to be finally gaining momentum again, with a strong growth in 2004 and 2005 with the UK, Sweden and Spain leading the rest of Europe.
Stocks of most UK and European employment services firms have risen significantly and continued to rise last month on data showing US employment rises and at the fastest pace in nearly four years. Quarter 1 results are yet to be seen from most US companies, but UK and European Q1 results saw some downward adjustment.
