Pharmaceutical companies are taking a strategic look at how to remain compliant in response to Sections 302 and 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley. In addition to ensuring compliance, companies need to take the evaluation of internal control processes to the next level to ensure adequate risk management. In the attached article, members of Deloitte's Life Sciences practice discuss some of the indicators of a risky environment along with the steps organizations can take to become more proactive in how they manage risks.
