The Deloitte Alumni Directory is a service intended to maintain the Deloitte alumni community. It provides former Deloitte employees an ability to stay connected to each other and to Deloitte through membership activities and services. Please visit our Alumni Directory web site.

What we collect
Alumni who wish to be listed in the Deloitte Alumni Directory are asked to complete an application form. Some information, such as Deloitte office and employment dates, is required to verify your alumni status and candidacy for membership. You may also choose to share additional information about your professional activities and qualifications. Over time, Deloitte may also collect information about your activities and preferences associated with other events, programs and services you receive.  If you prefer to receive only information directly related to alumni programs, tell us by using a personal, rather than business, address in your profile.

How we use your information
The Alumni Directory is published and made available to participating alumni to facilitate networking and professional development among the Deloitte alumni community. Information is also used to identify, develop and deliver services, information, and events Deloitte believes will interest you. Deloitte does not sell its mailing lists.

How we protect your information
Alumni control the content of their directory profiles, which are password-protected and can be edited only by them and Deloitte’s directory administrators. Access to the Deloitte Alumni Directory is restricted to Deloitte and the individual alumni and, if you choose, your profile may be accessed by other participating alumni.
From time to time, events and services will be developed or delivered with the help of a supplier or partner, located in Canada or in another country. Deloitte takes steps to protect personal information when it works with third parties.
Please note that forwarding alumni email communications may generate identifying information about the recipient to Deloitte, although Deloitte does not use the information for any purpose.

We respect your choices
When you’re invited to apply for alumni membership, this is generally because our records indicate you have given us your permission. Alumni can update or delete their Deloitte Alumni Directory profile at any time. In addition, alumni may contact us at any time to review or update their information or inquire or complain about our privacy practices.  ur privacy practices.
