Summer 2007
Abacus 7.0 - Release Newsletter

This release includes system improvements, budget 2007 changes and the schedule packs for FY 2007 computations.

New print alignment option
Print alignment options now allow the columns of two schedules of the same type printed on the same page to be aligned. Choose the “Aligned Columns” setting on the “Print options” on the print dialog. The “Aligned Columns” print style can also be set as the default print style in the print styles dialog.

Schedule roll forward
You can now roll forward individual schedules after the file has been rolled forward. Use the right mouse menu on the schedule tab. You might need this where a schedule has been added after the file was rolled forward
or where the later one has been erased and needs to be recreated.

CT600 cross references
By right clicking the mouse on the CT600 and choosing ‘Show cross refs on forms’, you can now see cross references to the figures in the underlying tax computation. Clicking on the cross reference will take you
to the source figure.
