It is with pleasure that we announce the winners of the 2005 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 - Australia’s most dynamic, fast growing technology companies.

With a growth rate of 2410 percent the overall winner of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is People Telecom. Its success is testament to the impact of the convergence of voice and data over the last year.  People Telecom has been in the list for two consecutive years and has now grown its revenues to over $100 million in five years. 

We also congratulate the runner-up company, Ground Probe, who has had spectacular revenue growth of more than 2000% and has created a unique product which is contributing to mining safety all over the world.

Congratulations also go to the winner of the rising star award this year MGM Wireless which has harnessed SMS technology to create a product which helps to improve educational outcomes for children.

Deloitte also recognises Hitwise Pty Limited, Seek Limited, IWL Limited and Commtech Wirelesss Pty Limited who have all made the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list for the fourth year running, and the fifteen companies that have made the list for two or three consecutive years, including People Telecom Limited - this year’s winner. These are outstanding achievements and reflect a high level of competence, market understanding and vision from management and employees.
