At the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association (ACLA) conference held at the end of 2007, over 110 corporate lawyers responded to a survey developed by Deloitte Forensic to gauge current perceived challenges faced by today’s in-house legal teams. We also sought insights from in-house counsel of several major Australian companies. The focus of the survey was on general issues, as well as issues that related specifically to dispute resolution and technology.
