Digital media means more content, more channels and more ways to consume than ever before. For publishers, it means more challenges in operating their businesses and a greater effort to understand an increasingly complex customer.

Deloitte and the UK Association of Online Publishers conducted a joint study to find out how publishing companies are adapting their businesses to the digital world. 'Turn the page' presents a snapshot of the current business climate for digital publishers and considers how digital activity is impacting financial performance. We also articulate five key principles for success in combining on and off line operations and in making a financial success out of a digital offering.
