AbacusOrganiser is a highly flexible yet simple to use web-enabled process and risk management tool integrated into the Abacus software suite.

AbacusOrganiser Corporate Tax Self Assessment (CTSA) comprehensively incorporates UK corporate tax administration rules into the system, allowing the straightforward implementation of a powerful solution without the need for bespoke process analysis.

Features

Guiding users step by step through the compliance year, AbacusOrganiser CTSA highlights and prioritises personal deadlines. Both statutory dates and a configurable workflow are included. Each user is presented with a clear colour-coded to-do list showing outstanding tasks in accordance with their role and their particular responsibilities. Each item on the to-do list is a link to a page where data and documents relating to the task can be stored, and guidance can be obtained.

All data is held in a single database from which reports may be obtained, either to help individual users with their work or for management, tracking progress and monitoring risk issues across the whole organisation. The system can also be configured to generate emails automatically, proactively managing risk by alerting users to key events.

Nevertheless the system incorporates considerable flexibility to adapt the encoded CTSA rules and workflows if desired. A typical implementation will include one day of on-site discussion, analysis and configuration, included within the licence fee, to tailor the system exactly to a client's needs.

Beyond CTSA: Bespoke AbacusOrganiser

AbacusOrganiser CTSA offers a clear upgrade path to the implementation of more advanced process modelling. Huge flexibility is available in this regard to bring clarity and control to whatever additional working practices are significant for an organisation.
