Branko Terzic is a former Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) commissioner, state Public Service Commission commissioner and utility chief executive officer, currently working as the Global & U.S. Regulatory Policy leader in Energy & Resources for Deloitte Services LP.

During his career Branko has been a U.S. delegate to Trans-Atlantic Business Dialogue, frequent speaker at energy industry events, lecturer at the Departments of Energy and State and consultant to the World Bank, U.S. Agency for International Development and the Inter-American Development Bank. He is chairman of numerous energy organizations and societies. His column, "Terzic on Strategy," has appeared in the biweekly New Power Executive newsletter since 1999.
