Deloitte Identity services are scalable to address organizations' varying needs:

• Base Line Service – includes validating existing documentation, providing control reports, and highlighting exceptions and potential issues. This service does not require a user to license the software. By providing Deloitte an electronic file of customer information and the appropriate forms, the Baseline Service will give an organization a snapshot of its existing compliance position.
• Back Office – provides withholding agents and payers the ability to upload and validate a range of documentation (W-8s, W-9s and any accompanying documentation) received from payees and provides a back-end work-flow tool that let's an organization manage and track their compliance and remediation efforts.
• Enterprise Documentation Service – extending Back Office with additional functionality to provide online form filing capability through an stand alone or integrated and branded payee Web site facility.
