Our role:
Deloitte were lead advisors to HBOS Australia on the divestment of Bank West's merchant acquiring business to First Data.

Deloitte ran a closed tender process to ensure that HBOSA received the best possible value for the business, yet recognising the importance of the ongoing relationship between HBOSA and the buyer given the nature of the business.
