Surveillance Australia specialises in surveillance related aviation services, primarily serving the Australian Customs Service Coastwatch program, the largest civilian aerial surveillance program in the world.

Deloitte's modelling team provided financial modelling and bid support assistance to Surveillance Australia throughout the preparation, negotiation and implementation phases of their successful bid to provide integrated, high-tech civil maritime surveillance services to the Australian Government for the immediate Australian coastal areas for the next 12 years.
