Our role:
Deloitte's modelling team developed an implementation sequencing and financial viability model for NSW Health in respect of its roll-out of electronic health records across NSW.

This innovative financial model allowed NSW Health to perform detailed implementation scenario analysis in respect of the roll-out of the project across up to 400 different sites.
