When CFOs Debate is a workbook designed to help you as you think through nine important issues facing CFOs today. Should you separate finance and accounting? Take action on sustainability? There are few “right” answers to these questions, so how should you move forward?

Guidelines

• Ideas must be submitted by October 31, 2008.
• Participants may enter as many “missing debate” ideas as they like.
• If your idea is selected, you will be notified in late fall, and we will work with you to include your submission in the next edition of When CFOs Debate.

Briefly describe the issue or “debate.” Please provide 250 words or less on why this is a CFO-level debate. Provide information on each side of the debate. (Refer to our When CFOs Debate workbook for examples.)
