Affirmative action or not? The new era of diversity management drives business
The topic of affirmative action is still a burning issue for South Africa and globally. The issue is not the “obligation” of affirmative action but rather the benefits to be gained from it which businesses should focus on. It is more important to focus on managing the new era diversity than to endlessly debate whether affirmative action should come to an end or not and tightening up legislative compliance.
