Governance - Not just the board - March 12, 2009
The focus on corporate governance at the board level has increased due to recent corporate scandals and the legal responses to them. As a result, many boards are asking management whether they have the appropriate management governance practices in place and whether these practices have been effectively operationized throughout the organization.
