An important element in supporting good corporate governance practices in Australia is the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations, including Principle 7: Recognise and manage risk.

The attached document, Recognise and manage risk: A Guide to compliance with ASX Principle 7: 2nd edition, was prepared by the Group of 100 in association with Deloitte. It is designed as a reference to help facilitate compliance with the revised Principle 7 released in August 2007.
