Our integrated IPO services are continuing to lead the field under the banner “Don’t Go to London without Deloitte”.

This time around it was our Ukraine IPO team which carried the flag for the initiative when they held the Second Ukrainian IPO Master Class in London.  The event was hosted for a group of four Ukrainian leading companies.  The aim of our master classes is to provide our clients with the access to the world’s best advisers in the field of IPO.

On this occasion, the group had the opportunity to discuss every aspect of the IPO process with representatives from Deloitte UK, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, UBS Investment Bank, Allen & Overy, and KBC Peel Hunt.  The group was also able to discuss PR issues with 3C Negotiations and College Hill and capped it all off with a visit to the London Stock Exchange.

It wasn’t all business though.  Deloitte hosted a reception on the London Eye, which helped our clients get a feel for the city and relax a little and, of course, no trip to London would be complete without a trip on the Thames. 

We received a very positive feedback from the representatives of four companies who particularly enjoyed being in such an intimate group, which gave them the chance to actively participate in discussions.
