Bridging the information gap
Document management simplified

Organisations today face many challenges, but it is data security that has risen to the forefront in a spate of recent press coverage about numerous accounts of organisations' losing significant quantities of critical information, resulting in organisation's facing increasing pressure to have secure data management processes in place.

The management of your organisation’s documents and emails is more critical today than ever, and the problem will only become worse - a recent study estimated that in the next three years we will produce more information than in the entire history of mankind.

We believe that managing documents more effectively is not only critical, but also a complex issue to solve effectively. It requires changes to working practices that are very firmly embedded, often in a way that is non-compliant with the company's risk management policies - the proliferation of personal email boxes, documents stored in USB drives and myriads of excel files used to present management information are a few examples of this issue. Many Firms have tried to solve this issue  by installing a document management system, only to find that technology alone is not the answer. Without considering the necessary changes to both processes and culture within a business as well as the underlying technology, any such initiative is likely to fail.
