Managers of the Future
Managers of the Future

As part of Deloitte Brightman Almagor Zohar's commitment to the community we are conducting, for the fifth consecutive year, a special program for eleventh grade students from the collective of high schools in Tel Aviv.

The "Managers of the future" is a four month program dealing with key business issues such as introduction to marketing, the art of presentations, business models, strategic analysis, financial principles, etc. The sessions are taught by the firm's leading experts and by managers from the high-tech community including Fast 50 CEOs. The program is run in cooperation with the Tel Aviv Municipality.
During the program the students work in teams guided by one of the firm's experts to create a mini business plan on an idea that they have formulated. The students deal with the advantages and disadvantages of the product, market analysis, strategy, production, etc. As part of the business plan the students prepare a presentation for investors.
The main objective of the program is to contribute and to instill core values including excellence, community involvement and entrepreneurship. Every year around 30 outstanding students take part in the program. The participants are interviewed personally, and chosen by the education policy department in Tel Aviv Municipality.
