“Our biggest challenge has been getting the market to understand our proposition, and this has made customer acquisition challenging at times. Notwithstanding this, we have grown to supporting over 3,000 desktops across our distributed network and continue to invest in our sales and marketing team.  Our main USP is the quality of our services, and this has ensured that customer retention is extremely high. We judge our performance against helpdesk calls per month – competitors average two per customer per month, we average 0.8. At the end of the day, whatever our service level agreement says, we need and want our customers to be happy and that’s our number one goal.”
