Over the next few years, analysts predict that IT complexity will grow steadily and will eventually result in the majority of organisations not realising the expected value from their IT investments. But to tackle complexity, one must first understand what drives it.

In our latest research report, Seeing the forest from the trees, we asked 400 CIOs around the globe to share their insights into what drives complexity within their organisation. Our findings confirm that simplification is needed, but it’s important to look at the whole picture, rather than any single element in isolation.
