Like many organisations, you may find that you have property assets which are in the wrong location for customers or employees, the wrong size, the wrong configuration or have the wrong cost profile – but still require significant investment. This can constrain your ability to deliver services or interact with customers, constrain cultural change, lock-in an inefficient cost base and consume scarce capital.
