Deloitte is pleased to launch the on-line use of our global value-based proprietary benchmarking tool, DeloitteDEX, for clients and others in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Benchmarking looks at the performance of defined activities and assesses the competitive strengths and weaknesses of a company's strategic position, as well as its operational effectiveness, in comparison to its competitors' operations, structures and processes.

DeloitteDEX contains data on the performance and perceptions of management on corporate governance-related topics collected from a vast range of companies from different industries and countries, and of different sizes.

You can simply complete a DeloitteDEX survey on a specific topic and we will then send you a comprehensive and personalised report for your organisation which compares your responses to those in our database and provides additional analysis and recommendations.  By submitting a completed survey you will be provided with a quantifiable health check comparing your performance to peer group organisations and leading firms.

There are four surveys included in our initial launch for DeloitteDEX covering the following topics:

• Governance and Compliance
• Risk Management and Controls
• Internal Audit Quality – Audit Customers
• Internal Audit Quality – Audit Staff

To complete and submit a survey, please use the appropriate link and follow the instructions.  We will either send the resulting report to you directly with a turnaround time of about a week or, alternatively, you can arrange for one of our ERS practitioners to present the report to you in person.
