Mark has been a partner since 1990 and took over the leadership of the food and agriculture group in 1999.  He is particularly experienced in advising owner managed businesses and producer co-operatives in restructuring their businesses to match the rationalisation within the sector and the group now has strong representation right across the food chain.

Mark is involved in many industry initiatives and has worked with representative groups right across the sector. He also has strong links with the firm’s private client and tax service lines and is actively involved in estate planning and agriculture land investment in the UK and abroad.
