Brendan’s passion is ensuring small and medium sized New Zealand businesses get the best statutory audit and IFRS transition advice. He specialises in carrying out financial due diligence in connection with acquisitions and divestments including prospectus reviews. He has also been involved in both full board and New Capital Market (NCM) listings.
