Deloitte Consulting LLP (Deloitte Consulting) has acquired the assets of Xcelicor, Inc. (Xcelicor), one of the leading North American Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) systems integrators. The addition of Xcelicor’s team to its Human Resources Transformation (HRT) service line further positions Deloitte Consulting as a leading provider of Oracle human capital technology-related consulting services to the market.

For clients of both companies, this acquisition offers access to a deeply experienced and equally balanced Oracle HCM practice. When coupled with Deloitte Consulting’s full service business consultancy and reputation for excellence, it gives clients one trusted adviser to which they can turn with confidence for end-to-end business-driven HR solutions.

Deloitte has acquired the assets of Xcelicor, Inc., a leading North American Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) systems integrator. The acquisition increases Deloitte’s Human Capital services capability by more than 90 total employees, including more than 80 consulting professionals. It also reinforces Deloitte’s position as a leading provider of Oracle human capital technology-related consulting services to the market.
