Disruptions 2009 will be held at The Palace Hotel, located in the heart of Beijing.

The Palace is conveniently located within walking distance of such major attractions as Tiananmen Square, the Great Hall of the People, Mao Zedong's (Mao Tse-Tung) Mausoleum, the Museum of Chinese History, the Forbidden City, and the Temple of Heaven, China's largest temple complex dating from the 15th century. Also close to the hotel are the Wangfujing and Dongdan shopping districts, with department stores and boutiques selling everything from designer goods to souvenirs.
