Consent to processing of personal data

I hereby voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data provided to the Deloitte1 Group Companies in the Czech Republic2 as personal data controllers, to the extent specified in the completed fields of the form (name, surname, email, phone, position), as well as to the processing of my personal data collected in connection with and for the following purposes:

  • Preparation of a service offer according to the information and requirements given by me.

If the processing of Personal Data includes their transfer outside the European Union (EU), this transfer is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the EU, which ensures the appropriate level of Personal Data protection as required by applicable legal regulations.

The personal data controller and data processor(s) established technological, physical, administrative, and procedural safeguards all in line with the industry accepted standards in order to protect and ensure the confidentiality, integrity or accessibility of the personal data processed; prevent the unauthorized use of or unauthorized access to the personal data or prevent a personal data breach (security incident) in accordance with Deloitte CE instructions, policies and applicable laws.

Personal data recipients: Personal data will be disclosed to the following recipients or recipient categories:

Authorised personnel of the aforementioned Personal Data Controllers and processors and Deloitte CE companies.

Personal data may also be provided to relevant authorities entitled to them based on applicable legal regulations.

Duration of Personal Data processing: 
Personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn or as long as necessary in connection with the purposes described above, but no longer than for a period of 3 years. Before the expiry of this period, Deloitte may contact you to renew your consent; without renewal, your personal data will be permanently deleted. However, data controllers are entitled to retain your personal data on a limited basis to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.

Consent is given voluntarily, but the processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of the above purposes. If you do not give your consent or if you request the deletion of your personal data or withdraw your consent, this will mean that Deloitte Companies in the Czech Republic will not be able to send you the prepared offer.

As a Personal Data subject, you have a right to ask the Personal Data Controller(s) for access to the Personal Data, for their correction, erasure or restriction of their processing, and you have a right to object to this processing as well as a right to data transferability and a right to obtain a copy of the Personal Data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.  All the rights described in this paragraph can be exercised by sending an email request to the data controller at: infocz@deloittece.com.

You also have a right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory body, i.e. the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Personal data collected in connection with the above purposes may be used as a basis for automated decisions leading to the identification of business opportunities within the Deloitte CE group.
