Being awarded as the Top Employer in China for the 14th consecutive year, we are constantly committed to investing in our people by providing challenging and exciting learning and development platforms, aiming to empower them with unrivaled opportunities to succeed and grow as world-class leaders and professionals. By encouraging talent's mobility and promoting well-being, we help our people to exert their influence and realize their career goals.

With a globally connected network of member firms, Deloitte provides clients with one-stop quality services, while offering talents with cross-industry, cross-region mobility opportunities. Deloitte Shanghai Audit & Assurance Partner Carol Shen shared her experience participating in the mobility program.

In 2007, Carol started her first job at Deloitte Taipei office after graduating with a master's degree. Seeking for different career experience, she chose to transfer to Shanghai office in 2011. This year, she made another leap in her career and was newly promoted to partner. From a green hand to a competent audit partner, she benefited a lot from diversified career path. "Mobility program is a key initiative that echoes One Door to the Future. If you want to participate in this program, don't hesitate and take your next bold step," she says.

During her journey with Deloitte, Carol has always felt being supported by the Deloitte family. "When I joined Deloitte, I was informed that no one would be alone at Deloitte. It has long been my belief that everyone at Deloitte is there to help. As I know, I am never alone, anytime, anywhere," she adds in the interview.

Mobility opens "One Door to the Future" for our talents to access opportunities and Deloitte Asia Pacific resources. By integrating world-class professionals with a diversified network of expertise (locally, regionally, and globally), we empower our clients and talents to release their full potential toward greater impacts.
