HKUST Business School and Deloitte China Sign MoU

Partnership for Advancing Student and Industry Development

Prof. TAM Kar-Yan, Dean of HKUST Business School, (left) and Mr. Edward AU, Deloitte China Southern Region Managing Partner (right), signed an MOU to foster the collaboration of both parties.

The School of Business and Management of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST Business School) and Deloitte China are pleased to announce the partnership in strengthening their academic and corporate relationship. On August 8, 2022, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Prof. TAM Kar-Yan, Dean of HKUST Business School, and Mr. Edward AU, Deloitte China Southern Region Managing Partner.

“With a steadfast commitment to nurturing business leaders and knowledge transfer, HKUST Business School is always at the forefront of advancing educational development and thought leadership,” said Prof. TAM Kar-Yan, Dean of HKUST Business School. “We are glad to enter into partnership with Deloitte China to develop the next generation of business talent, equipping students with the latest industry knowledge for application in a real-life challenging environments so that they can stay ahead of the game.”

The collaboration under the MoU may include opportunities to lecture industry insights, conduct collaborative research and groom talent to meet market needs. Both parties look forward to fostering the development of leaders of tomorrow for the increasingly complex and competitive business world.
