Thea Caminada is a Senior Director leading Finance Strategy & Operations team. She is a transformation expert and advises clients in shaping their transformation journeys by clarifying the strategy and roadmap, defining delivery plans and ways of working as well as managing the programme by focusing on engaging with stakeholder groups and realizing value.
Her technical expertise includes Finance and Accounting, designing and implementing end-to-end transactional as well as performance management processes and its systems. Thea has 18 years of consulting experience and before that worked 12 years in corporate Accounting and Controlling roles.
