Miriam Hirs

Miriam is a Director in our Finance & Performance practice in Zurich. She is leading the Business Finance team which is covering the areas of Performance Management, Planning Budgeting & Forecasting, and Management Information & Insight. Miriam has been focusing on this field for more than 15 years, supporting her clients with the design and implementation of new processes, systems and organizational set-ups. She has been working with both multi-national and local organisations across Life Sciences, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing, as well as the Public Sector.
