Carole Al Alam

Carole is a Director in our Assurance practice with 14 years of global experience leading internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance services for both private and public companies in Switzerland. With a background that spans Paris, New York, and Geneva, she began her career in Audit, delivering long-term audit assignments across diverse industries for major public companies listed on SBF120, CAC40, and the NYSE.
Throughout her career, Carole has been involved in guiding clients going into IPO listing in their SOX readiness and implementation and strengthening controls frameworks and compliance programs. Her expertise extends across various sectors, including life sciences, consumer business, media, and telecommunications.

Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Carole brings a multicultural perspective to her work, enabling her to effectively collaborate with clients from different backgrounds and regions.
