He is leading a Global Business Services team in Poland. His team supports clients at every step of the GBS journey. Starting from strategy, location study, SSC design, process transition and SSC optimization.

Furthermore, Marcin has extensive experience in Operational Excellence and IT Project management.
Selected project experience includes: Location study projects (R&D, Manufacturing, Finance, IT), Process blueprint, transformation roadmap creation (Automotive), Fast paced transformation & transition of F&A processes (400 FTE in scope, Life Sciences & Health Care industry), Finance SSC Target Operating Model Design (Oil and Gas), BPO projects: maturity assessments, cost leadership implementation, automation (various industries, Finance and Accounting) and others.
