Zabeen advises the firm and its clients in both the private and public sectors on issues key to their transformation agendas. These include the future of work, leadership, talent, culture, lifelong learning, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), wellbeing and resiliency, and purpose-led organizations. She leads a forum of CHROs from twenty leading private and public sector organizations focused on accelerating both their own organizations as well as Canada’s post-pandemic recovery and economic growth through a skilled, inclusive, and resilient workforce. As a thought leader on the future of work, leadership, EDI, and the “S” of ESG, Zabeen is a speaker, writer, and media commentator who brings a practical perspective from her C-suite and public company board experience. She was the chief human resources officer of RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) for 10 years and also held responsibility for brand, communications, and corporate citizenship until her retirement in 2017.
