A chartered professional accountant (CPA), chartered business valuator (CBV), and certified fraud examiner (CFE), Nicole is the Director of our Atlantic Dispute Advisory Services practice and is based in Halifax.
With extensive experience in assessing damages in the areas of commercial litigation, business valuation, expropriation, business interruption, matrimonial disputes, and personal injury, Nicole has participated in many major financial fraud investigations with a focus on educational institutions, Indigenous communities, and other quasi-public organizations.
These engagements required fund and asset tracing, investigations into suspected and alleged fraud, non-compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, or contracts, and other financial irregularities.
