David Dalziel

David is a partner in the Assurance practice, and has more than 20 years of experience providing audit, accounting, financial reporting advisory, and transaction services. David has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including financial services, industrials, manufacturing, and consumer business. He also leads the Accounting and Transaction Services team, which specializes in providing audit, accounting, and financial reporting services in connection with mergers and acquisitions, divestiture, carve-out, initial public offering, securitization, structured finance, and other complex transactions.

David has provided expert witness and arbitration reports for many audit, accounting, and financial reporting matters. These include cases heard by the Ontario Superior Court and International Court of Arbitration. He also chaired the Risk Management and Audit Committee and served on the Board of Junior Achievement of Canada, from 2012 to 2019.
