NRA activated electronic services for CBC reporting and published related instructions

On 1 December 2017, the National Revenue Agency (NRA) website activated the country-by-country reporting and notification services, as well as guidance on how to fill them.
In relation to the international exchange of country-by-country reports, on 15 November 2017 the government approved Bulgaria's accession to the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Country-by-Country Reports (the "Agreement"). The agreement is a multilateral framework, on the basis of which all signatories will be able to exchange information on country-by-country reports. It contains rules and procedures for the automatic country-by-country reporting between the competent authorities of the jurisdictions for which it is in force.
As of 17 November 2017, Bulgaria is part of the list of signatories to the Agreement, which is regularly updated on the OECD official website. The agreement was promulgated in State Gazette, issue № 99 dated 12 December 2017.
