Changes in the Immigration Law

On 12 March 2021 in the State Gazette were published amendments of the Law on Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria Act and the Bulgarian Citizenship Act. 

They cover: 

• Changes in the programme for permanent residence and citizenship via investment; 
• Implementation of the "Startup Visa project"
• Procedural process changes in the process for obtaining access to the labor market;
