Ward is a member of Deloitte global manufacturing leadership team and is leading the Belgian Manufacturing practice. He supported all kinds of manufacturers with their strategic and operational manufacturing challenges, and helped clients set up new operations and transform towards best-in-class manufacturing. He led and executed projects across the globe, ranging from manufacturing strategy development, smart factory design and implementation, manufacturing technology transformation (e.g. MES), factory ramp-up and plain shopfloor assessment and process optimizations.
