Jeroen Vergauwe

Jeroen has been working at Deloitte since 2000. Jeroen has more than 17 years of experience within the energy, infrastructure and utilities industry, providing advice with respect to various asset management processes, such as asset risk management, asset information management, cost management, investment & maintenance planning, etc. Jeroen has also been working in various projects concerning  asset valuation, asset performance management and the design and implementation of an asset management organization

Jeroen is responsible within Deloitte for the Asset Management services. He is leading a multi-disciplinary team focussing on the development and implementation of innovative asset management solutions making use of advanced analysis techniques, applied in the context of Predictive Asset Management, Predictive Maintenance and Quality, Reliability Centred Maintenance and Optimization. 

Jeroen is Endorsed Assessor PAS55/ISO55000 by the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) and certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
