Els is leading the HR & Outsourcing team. Today, in her position as HR & Outsourcing (HRO) Partner, her role is to find solutions for our clients, linking the needs of HR departments to the experience of our HR professionals, follow-up & quality assurance of ongoing projects. HRO offers temporary operational support at the client’s premises that covers all HR functionalities and our Talent Acquisition as a service (TAAAS) team can support you with all your Talent Acquisition matters (from advice to full outsourcing). Next to this, Els is the People & Purpose Partner for our Business Unit Accountancy. Thanks to the combination of both responsibilities, her consultancy experience and Human Resources educational background, Els is the ideal strategic business partner to help you understand and fulfill your organisation’s needs.
