Niamh McPherson

Niamh leads the Technology Optimisation & Transformation practice for Deloitte nationally, encompassing program integration, ServiceNow, agile advisory and delivery, technology operating model, technology business management and technology due diligence/M&A capabilities.

Niamh specialises in program integration or the delivery of large technology programs with a specific focus on aligning process, people and technology elements throughout the implementation lifecycle.

She has 19 years' experience in technology-enabled transformation and technology advisory across Australia, the UK and India, primarily in financial services. Niamh is an adaptable, delivery focused leader who is passionate about supporting the technology change that matters to Australia and the globe.

Niamh was the Acting CIO for Westpac's Consumer Business on secondment in 2016.
