Nadia is a leader in Deloitte's M&A and Restructuring practice, focusing on banking and payments transformations and transactions, helping clients drive organizational alignment and accelerate business outcomes on complex transformations across business and enabling functions.
Nadia has over 16 years of experience advising financial services clients to define, plan, and execute against their strategic objectives. Her experience spans private equity, and strategic organizations with a focus in financial services (banking, payments) and technology (data, analytics, fintech).
She also co-leads Deloitte’s US Banking and Capital Markets Cost Transformation practice and serves as the Inclusion Leader for M&A and Restructuring in the USA.
