Jamie has more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience working on a range of challenges, including helping clients evolve and configure their operating models, incorporate disruptive automation technologies, and execute a range of improvement or transformational initiatives. His experience covers the spectrum from initial assessment to design and implementation of operating model or technology-enabled transformations and efficiency initiatives, including merger integration work to help clients grow and scale.
